WorldWideBridge (WWBridge) is the trading name of Wbridge L.L.C-FZ, a product certification consultancy registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and working since 2010: 1300+ certification projects in 40+ countries, across 15+ types of certificate.
Fifty-eight seconds: the five steps, the document each one produces, and how long each takes.

One specialist owns your file from the first email to the registered certificate. Every one of them has recorded a briefing on their field.
Four stages, one contract. Most clients start at pre-compliance and never touch a regulator directly.
Route assessment before you spend: certificate type, timeline, document list and a clear conclusion.
Testing at accredited laboratories, with the report written to the standard the target market accepts.
Certificates and declarations of conformity, issued and registered by the competent authority.
Certification of conformity and inspection by country across the Gulf, Eurasia, Brazil and Europe.
16 years of doing this means we already know where each route stalls, so the project does not discover it for you.
Certificates and declarations issued by accredited bodies and entered in the official register, where customs can look them up.
Route assessment, testing, certification and local representation under one scope and one timeline.
The engagement ends when the certificate is issued and registered, whatever the hours took.
Scheme, standard and laboratory are settled before a sample is tested, which is where most re-testing starts.
One person owns your file from the first email to the registered certificate.
A technical description is enough for us to scope the route. Every step after that is ours.
Product name, HS code and technical data, enough for us to scope the route.
A specialist confirms the regulations that apply and the document type your product needs.
You send the supporting documents; we sign a contract with fixed scope and timeline.
Laboratory testing, factory inspection and customs clearance, coordinated by us.
Issued, registered, and delivered. We close the project.
Three conformity assessment forms, two of which apply to parts. Where responsibility sits in each, and what decides which one your product takes.
Scope across categories M, N and O, chassis and safety components; the requirements it sets; and who in the supply chain it binds.
Categories M, N and O, chassis, and safety-related components. Plus what modification triggers, and the three vehicle types excluded outright.
These relationships are why a WWBridge certificate is accepted at the border rather than argued over.

Certification projects are judged on two things: whether the route was right the first time, and whether anyone told you the truth about the timeline.
We had been quoted a "CE certificate" by two other agencies. WWBridge explained that our product was self-declared, showed us what the technical file actually had to contain, and we signed the declaration ourselves. It cost a fraction of the quotes we were holding.
The useful part was being told, in week one, that the registration would take five months and not the six weeks we had planned around. We moved the launch instead of discovering the problem in month four.
One specialist ran it from the first email to the certificate. We never had to re-explain the product, and when the laboratory queried the pressure calculation it was answered without us being copied in.
Fast, and they answered on weekends when our schedule slipped. That mattered more than the price.
Our first shipment was held because the importer on the certificate was not the one clearing customs. They fixed it in four days and then explained why it happens, which is the part nobody had bothered with before.
They told us the enclosure marking on our drawings would not pass before we sent a single sample. We would have paid for that testing twice.
We are eleven people. I expected to be the smallest account they had and to be treated like it. That is not what happened, and the EN 71 file they built for us is better documented than anything we had produced ourselves.
Third project with them now. The halal side is the part we understand least and worry about most, and it has not been a problem once.
We changed agencies mid-project, which is never comfortable. They read the file, told us honestly which of the previous test reports were still usable, and did not restart the parts that did not need restarting.
We have no legal entity in the Union and did not want one. They hold the certificate as our representative, so when we changed distributor last year nothing had to be reissued.
WWBridge arranges product certification and market approvals for manufacturers and importers. It determines which scheme applies to a product in a given market, plans and books accredited testing, prepares the technical file and the application, and acts as the local applicant or representative where a scheme requires one. The certificates themselves are issued by the accredited bodies and authorities each scheme names, never by WWBridge.
The company is registered in Dubai and works from there with clients on every continent. Projects have covered 40+ countries: the Gulf states, the European Union and the United Kingdom, the Eurasian Economic Union, Brazil, the United States and Canada, and further markets in Asia and Africa. This site is published in English, Portuguese, Spanish, German and Italian, and enquiries are handled in writing in each of them.
Send a product description, the HS code if you have it, and the markets you want to sell in, by email or through any form on this site. You receive a reply within one working day. Scoping is free and carries no commitment: the answer names the applicable scheme, the evidence required and the sequence, and a written route with a quotation follows within two working days.
Send the product name, HS code and technical data. You get back the applicable route, the document list and a timeline, before any commitment.
