What should I send with a first enquiry?
The product name, its HS code if you have one, and the market you are entering. That is usually enough to name the applicable scheme and the issuing authority. Datasheets and existing test reports help, but nothing is blocked without them.
How quickly do you reply?

Do you charge for the initial assessment?
No. Scoping the route, listing the documents and giving a timeline is pre-compliance work we do before any contract exists. You are quoted once the scope is clear, not before.
Can you work with our existing test reports?
Often, yes. It depends on whether the laboratory holds accreditation the destination regulator recognises and whether testing was performed against the standard that regulator applies. Send the reports and we will tell you what carries over.
